The Slices typeface was born out of an experiment:
How can all 26 letters be formed from one and the
same basic shape, just by subtracting triangles (similar to the shapes
of pizza slices)? The result is an OpenType font with 67 individual
glyphs. It can be
used both as a display font in headlines and as graphic elements. As
versatile as the original Italian pizza.
